Let's Build Something

Custom Orders:

Payment in full is required before production begins on custom orders.

Because custom products are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless SPC Apparel made an error or the product was received defective or damaged.

Problems With Your Order:

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at order.customapparel@gmail.com with your order information and a description of the issue. Photos may be requested.

Approved Claims: Depending on the circumstances, SPC Apparel may replace the affected item, correct the order, or issue store credit at our discretion.
